My inspiration for watercolor came from a display of some of Dean Crouser's work on gift items (I ended up purchasing a couple mugs with my favorites at the display). I am a photographer know for my birds and wildlife images. I have has numerous artists ask to use my images for reference but never got around to painting my own. I have worked with acrylics and oils but found the prep and clean up too time consuming so I never bothered. I started sketching again (after 35 yrs) and now I finally took the plunge into watercolors. I still have so much to learn.
How wonderful to have your own portfolio of images to use. That’s very special. Congratulations on completing the course. You’ve captured the movement and colours beautifully
@sarah_stokes Thank you. You were very informative. The next one I did was sooo much better. I am working on learning the medium and developing that muscle memory.
