Paus TV has been described as 'the Netflix for short film' - a new platform offering audiences a rich variety of short film content who can reward film makers via a tip jar. Following a successful crowd-fund raise, Paus TV asked me to carry out an IP Audit of their business to see where they could benefit from protecting their IP to aid future, longterm growth.
As a platform, they currently own little or no IP so I had to be really inventive considering where they could make existing and new opportunities hum. During the audit, countless new ways of evolving future revenues and developing intellectual property that they would own were added.
