Hello: I have really enjoyed the course projects, the process, and the feedback has really been great. Really interesting! For the final project I chose to log my music listening over the period of a week. I categorized my "listening" as follows: Hear = background music, Listen = give my full attention, Earworm = When a song is stuck in your mind, Frisson = experience a tingle at some point during a song.
I kept a simple log and figured I would work the result into a timeline. Initially, I was going log the listening duration however that quickly became difficult to track and unreliable, so I only logged the time when I started listening or hearing a song. I am posting my scribbled log.
The timeline itself evolved and I ended up making a few versions - I then created a couple drawings derived from the infographic. I haven't titled it anything yet, however during this project, I kept thinking about what will be the last song I ever hear... or will the last song I hear be an earworm.? Strange huh? I think I may have to title it something about the last song one hears.
Updated - I tweaked the graph to a more completed state- Timeline 07 below -- I have to say this project and class has just been wonderful... so many interesting thoughts and processes as I worked through the course work and final project - Thank you again !

I really like the way you represented the day and nightimes as ups and downs relating to a central axis. Very creative! Also, since the symbol of the earmworm is bigger are darker then the others, my initial reaction was that you had a lot of earworms 😂 only upon further inspection I realized it was the opposite. So that's the only thing I would pick on, that choice of symbol. Maybe make it pink and smaller so it isn't so predominant. The rest is fantastic, Good Job!

Thank you so much! Your observations are really interesting... come to think of it, I think I may be having more earworms since doing this project! 😀
