I am a former aviation magazine editor, book author and photographer, and am now an organizational change management consultant who has finally learned it's okay to think of myself as creative. I took up needlepoint and cross-stitch at a fairly young age and taught myself quilting after a serious spinal cord injury and surgeries were keeping me from being as active as I wanted to be.
