I'm an amateur artist, who works in Mixed Media, including but not limited to paint (watercolor & acrylics), found objects, recyclables, paper craft, fabric, wire, digital art/design. I'm an advocate for art therapy with disabled creatives.
I also write in the health & wellness arena.

Adaptability in art, and through creative mediums is crucial. Never be afraid to leave behind a style if it no longer suits you, and flow into an entirely new expression. You will blossom again and it will be beautiful!
