Gasho,
I have been painting and writing since childhood, with many years of not keeping my creative energy alive. Within my spiritual studies/residencies: yoga & mediation, massage, SotoZenBuddism, Jungian shadow work, and ancient Zen Buddhist ink paintings a new life of self-expression has arisen.
While living a monastic Buddhist life, I began inking studies of priest brush strokes, and self-portraits of my duties and sitting practice. In addition to my Zenga activities, I started writing children's book drafts. My current issue is to realize new skills.
