I just started to learn watercolor in December of 2022. I have ALS and I am slowly becoming paralyzed in all my muscles. I am still able to use my hands but they are getting worse. I began Art Therapy as a way to cope with my terminal illness and grief. I fell in love with watercolor painting! My goal is to paint all of the US National Parks that we have visited as a memorial for my husband and future grandkids. We live on a lavender farm at the foot of Mt.Hood in Oregon so I have lots of beauty surrounding me to inspire my art.
