I have a passion about how things work. I started at an early age learning mechanical drafting. During high school and college I expanded my knowledge of drafting and the different types of drawing that could be created.
After college I purchased my first camera. My photographic knowledge of composition, lighting, & color was learned through books, magazines, videos, and whoever would pass on their techniques.
I have always enjoyed looking at other peoples art work, but never attempted any painting on my own. I searched for tutorials on YOU TUBE and found artists i.e., Geoff Kersey, Peter Sheeler, Thomas Schaller, & Peili Wang &
then Alex Hillkurtz. The bold ink and watercolor of the various architecture made them stand out. I wanted to learn more.
