Joelle Fauzi

I am a yacht and private chef with Dutch and Indonesian Roots. Living in the Dominican Republic where I spend my days cooking, eating, kitesurfing, surfing, practicing yoga and spending time with friends. I am a very passionate cook and always looking to learn more. My current passion project is writing a cookbook and this is where I hope Domestika will guide me in :)
