Fadi Abou Hassan

My name is Fadi Abou Hassan. My artist's pen name is FadiToOn.
My cartoons have been exhibited in different cities, like Drobak, Oslo, Amsterdam, The Hague, Paris, Trento, Ramallah, Lisbon, Madrid, Meknes, Damascus, Tokyo, Rome, Doha...etc.
I have received many international certificates and awards, in June 2018 I won the third prize of the World Press Cartoon, (One of the most important international cartoon festivals in the world), in Portugal. In September 2018 I won the Third Prize of the political cartoons contest ‘Libex 2018 in Italy.
All my drawings have had a focus on human rights and solidarity between all human beings.
I have worked for several newspapers and online platforms all over the world, such as France 24 TV, Le Monde, AlJazeera.net, and for Ny Tid and Samtiden here in Norway. I publish my cartoons online, at the Dutch website Cartoon Movement and the French site Cartooning for Peace, as well as on my own Facebook page.
I am an editor in chief of Cartoon Home Network International since 2016.
