Daina Mellor

I am a qualified hairdresser which I did for 20 years and traveled all over the world doing. I loved being creative that way and also taught the guys in prison to cut hair. I eventually settled down and ended up back in Taupo New Zealand and got married and have a beautiful 19yr old son who is also a barber now. When he started school I became a teacher aid and loved working with children that needed extra help, whether it be behavioural, learning or special needs. i have done that for 15yrs while struggling with alot of health issues and now they have prevented me from working so I am following another passion and finally taking my art seriously as I had not had time or energy to do that before. I am loving it and feeling blessed to be alive and able to learn.I look forward to doing these courses through domestika.
