I am an independent consultant and professional architect with 25 years of experience in strategic development management and includes this the construction side thereof. Innovative educational spaces and next-generation learning environments have been one of my focus areas for the past 12 years.

My most recent work experience includes local and international consulting on the efficient design and development of educational properties. I have a keen interest and research background in what defines the school of the future; the impact this will have on the evolution of education design; and how this knowledge can contribute to learning that is futureproof. I am also a graduate professional of the University of the Free State (South Africa) and registered at various bodies and institutions.
