I am a Holistic Wellbeing Coach and Therapist who was recently gifted a painting workshop for a birthday present. I had not picked up a paintbrush or indeed done any art since secondary school (1979). I immediately fell in love with the idea that I could be creative with drawing/painting and so began my search for inspiration. I was beginning to become overwhelmed with the different types of painting and techniques and started to think about giving up before I had even got started when I came across Albert's work and the Domestika course.
