This course really helped a lot to understand the lighting principles and about digital painting for fur and how to give depth to make it look more realistic. I learned a lot from this course. As a beginner I easily understood. I really love to recommend this course to anyone who is looking to learn more about digital painting for characters and about light principles. The way of teaching is so clear and easy to understand. I really want to thank the teacher.

When I saw the panda illustration, I said to myself "this guy is good at what he does can he learn me something?" The course described simple steps that combine with each others make you able to achieve that kind of illustration. And he has a nice peacful voice

I am only done with 1st unit yet but i am already in love with this course. Especially because this one is in English ::) Joel is very composed & explains everything nicely. Highly recommended to people who want to learn or step up digital art.
