“Characters In this lesson, I'll tell you how to work on your characters. It's important to have good sketching paper. It doesn't need to be expensive paper, but one that's not glossy or smooth so that you can draw confidently. As I've mentioned previously, I like using this paper called camisa paper, which is cheap. The only issue is, since it comes in a roll, it always rolls up, so that's why I like to put tape on the corners. That way, I keep it flat and stretched, and it's more comfortable for me to work.
