Sagi Haviv is a New York-based graphic designer and a partner in the design firm Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv. Among the over 60 identity programs he has designed are the logos for the US Open Tennis Championships, Leonard Bernstein at 100, Harvard University Press, Conservation International, and LA Reid’s Hitco Entertainment.

A go-to expert on the process of effective logo design, Sagi contributes regularly to Bloomberg Businessweek, PBS, Fast Company, and NBC’s Meet The Press. He speaks about logo design around the world, including for TEDx, the AIGA, the HOW Design Conference, the Brand New Conference, Princeton University, the Onassis Foundation, the American Advertising Federation, and Columbia Business School, amongst many others. Sagi has served as Jury Chair for the Clio Awards and the Art Directors Club and Jury President for the D&AD Awards.

Jon Contino is a graphic designer, illustrator, and creative director of CONTINO branding studio from New York City. He first discovered his passion for graphic design and illustration when he was a teenager in a rock band, and realized that banks needed demo covers, t-shirt, and flyer designs. Throughout his university career, he reached out to local businesses for graphic design services. By the time he finished university, he had a full portfolio, which led him to create his own design studio.

Through his branding studio, he has produced award-winning work for household names like Hulu, Google, AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Nike. In 2018, Jon published his first book, Brand by Hand, in partnership with Abrams Books. At the heart of his work, his aim is to create original designs by hand and develop a brand’s visual language with a human touch.

Alex Aperios is a graphic designer and creative director of Aperios Design, an independent design company based in London. He was interested in design from a young age thanks to his love for skateboarding and the artwork he saw in the industry. He went on to enroll in a design school at college and later study the subject at university. After graduating, Alex worked on magazine layout and web design for a variety of agencies. He later moved to London to work as a freelancer for clients like Google, Android, and Air New Zealand.

After years of freelancing, Alex set up his own company in collaboration with his brother and has since worked on everything from books and blogs, using his decade of experience in design to help brands and small businesses stand out. He also shares his work with over 12K followers on Instagram.
