Food photographer Dácil Fernández first started out on a bakery blog, where she invented stories around food and transformed them into photographs. At that time, she was a fashion stylist and decided to leave it to devote herself fully to photography.

She has worked with Mangaroca, DYC, Tefal, Kenwood, Nescafé, Paulaner, Bulldog, and Lidl, among others. All these big-name brands found their way to her through her main showcase: Instagram.

Karla Acosta has been a professional food photographer for over a decade, after initially starting out in graphic design for food packaging. Being a passionate foodie is what made her become the creator of mouth-watering visual experiences she is today, and her work as a food photographer has given her the opportunity to collaborate with brands like Samsung, Nestlé, and Vans.

A large part of what she does, as well as her personal experiences and lessons, is showcased on social media, where she invites her followers to share in the delicious world of commercial food photography.

For more than 40 years, Marcela Lovegrove has been dedicated to food styling, right from the beginning when this profession didn't even have a name to the present day, and it is an undeniable necessity in the advertising and publishing worlds. She has collaborated on advertising campaigns with international brands such as McDonald's, Burger King, Unilever, Kellogg's, McCain, and many more.

After so many years of hard work, she decided to dedicate herself to teaching and, since 2013, her main focus has been her courses and workshops where she shares all her experience and knowledge. She also has four seasons of her own TV show Recetas de Familia on the El Gourmet channel.

Ernesto López Ruiz is a commercial photographer specialized in gastronomic photography. Degree in Graphic Communication Design at the Universidad Latina de América (Morelia, Mexico) and professor, by academic excellence, in the Master's Degree in Photographic Design at the Universidad Iberoamericana (León, México).

In 2001 he opened his creative workshop "Alkimia" in the city of Morelia (Mexico), where he carries out projects for various brands, among which are: AAK, Cinépolis, Coffee Tree, Spyral, among others. He has also taught basic and advanced photography at the bachelor's level at the Universidad Latina de América (Morelia, Mexico), and at the master's level at the Iberoamerican universities León and De La Salle Bajío (León, Mexico).

His specialty is lighting, camera management and digital postproduction.

Jimena Agois is a photographer and food stylist with a passion for travel based in Lima, Peru. Her love and appreciation of good food was apparent from a young age and she soon made it part of her day-to-day through her photography.

She started out as an assistant to Chilean photographer Miguel Etchepare and later specialized in food photography while also dabbling in travel and documentary photography. Since 2004, she's been managing her own photography studio, Agoisfoto, which is dedicated to the creation, production, styling, and preparation of product and food photographs.

She's worked with restaurants including Central, Astrid & Gaston, Mayta, D'Sala, Pescados Capitales, and more, at both a national and international level. She has also been collaborating as editor of the Diario Correo food column since 2012 and been a Canon ambassador since 2018.
