“Hooks, Rings and Assemblies In this lesson we will make our rings and assembly hooks to finish our pieces. To do so, we need the burner again to anneal the wire. We turn it on. The wire we use is a one millimeter gauge that will provide firmer rings that won't open easily. We wait five to eight minutes for the metal to anneal. When I see that the burner is turning red, I turn the wire so everything heats up. After five minutes, my material is annealed. I grab it with the tweezers. We turn off the burner. We submerge it in the water so we can work with it. We start to wrap it around our bolt...”
