“In this lesson I'm going to be showing you how to cut the peplum or the skirt if you were making a dress for instance. So it's going to be going through the same thing that we did when we were making the bodice. So we'll be folding then mapping out the measurements onto the folded pieces of fabric and then we'll cut it out.
