Three quarters of a cup of water, Room temperature water or cold water is fine. It really doesn't matter. We need one cup of baking soda. and half a cup of cornstarch. We're gonna mix all of these ingredients together in our pot. We're going to use a hot plate here, but you can use your regular stove top at home.
