Teamwork and Collaboration Design

This course provides you with a very good overview of collaboration techniques, tips, tools... So I will definitely recommend it.
In all transparency, I did not participate in the exercises. As I am currently working in a leading tech company, I felt very familiar with most of the topics so the added value was limited.
However, if you are joining a company working agile, a new hire joining a team, aspiring to lead teams in the future, starting a business... this will definitely help you.
