For teams to grow, they need to reflect regularly. In some companies, this process is continuous, while in others, it happens only once a year.
How might we help a team reflect on their experiences and create strategic recommendations to implement almost immediately?
We have designed a 4-hour program consisting of 2 hours of in-depth yearly Retrospective and 2 hours of intense action planning in smaller groups. The groups provided feedback and together defined the team's following actions.
