Well, personally, I believe that colorful is one of the most powerful ways to create consistency in your work. Having a signature color palette differentiates your work from other photographers and helps you maintain a consistent editing style. Over time, I've found that certain colors are more successful than others. So I have my kind of signature palette that I stick to with most shoots these days.
