Fantastic course. The instructor is knowledgeable, positive, enthusiastic, encouraging, with exceptional skills and knowledge. As an abstract painter I gleaned new awareness and left inspired. Very refreshing.

Good overview and direction with materials. Demos and accompanying audio bring clarity to his approach. Thoughtful comments make you feel as though he is really speaking to you. Overall this is an encouraging approach to working with charcoal as an expressive medium.

I really enjoyed this course. I didn't know about this powdered charcoal technique, and I find that this training brings a lot of clarity and simplicity. There is also the originality and sensitivity of the artist who shares his experience with great authenticity. You really get the feeling that he wants to pass on his passion in the most sincere way possible. I can't wait to try this technique.
