“So in this lesson, we're going to begin to design our patterns. So I wanted to just kind of go over what a pattern is and how I would define a pattern to begin. I would kind of define a pattern as a series of motifs and elements in a given space that kind of repeats for infinity. So something along these lines that kind of, when you look at it, appears quite seamless. But a pattern is actually composed of pattern blocks, and that's what we're going to work on in this lesson.
