if you don’t have a love relationship with rulers , as I don’t , you have found your teacher ! I am perfectly able to draw straight lines without any ruler in my vicinity. I studied History of Art, so theoretically I know how not to use a ruler. However I have never tried it myself (have never used my knowledge practically). I believed I should/must/it’s good to/ use a ruler.
Thank you, Ana to free me from this nonsense conviction/belief. I am grateful forever …
