“The Materials In this lesson, I'll introduce you to the materials and tools we need to complete our project. First of all, any sort of watercolour paper, hot pressed or cold pressed. I like them both but for this course, I'll be using hot pressed, which means a smoother texture. Then, some coloured pencils, gouache or acrylic gouache, and any brushes you've got, preferably rounded. If you have a small one for the details, that will be perfect, either a 0 or 00 or 00000. After completing a degree in art history, she worked a series of odd jobs before deciding to leave her native France to explore Asia and New Zealand. While traveling, she met like-minded artists who inspired her to try and make a living from her art.
