“In the last lesson we stamped on fabric and now I'll show you how to clean your tools and stamps. While the paint we used here is oil based, but it is water soluble. That means we can do everything clean with a bar of soap and a sponge and of course water. Nevertheless, I want as little of the paint as possible to get into the water cycle. So I remove as much paint as possible, before I start the actual cleaning. I always try as soon as possible after work to clean all my tools so that the paint does not dry out too much.
