About the final project for: Photocomposition for Fine Art Photography

Photocomposition for Fine Art Photography

“Thank you so much for taking part in this course and I hope you've enjoyed it. It's now time to work on your project. This could mean finishing the photography you started by completing the course tasks or making a brand-new project! Either way, I strongly suggest you take the time to gather inspiration and make a unique project of your own. Make sure to keep track of your progress with different pictures of each step. It'd be great if you could also explain the choices you've made along the way and tell us if you have any doubts. This will help me guide you better if you need advice. Here are some final tips to guide you on your journey: The Concept Come up with an initial idea for your minimalistic portrait and draw a sketch of it, understanding the composition, colors, location, props, and other details you'll be working on during your final shoot. The Plan Plan your shoot from the beginning to the end! The Model Find a model and helpers (if you need them) and communicate all the information about the shoot to them. Create a schedule. The Photoshoot Shoot your minimalistic portrait according to your sketch and try a few variations (angles, poses, and looks).

The Editing Phase Work on the raw images in Lightroom: fixing geometry, colors, and tones. Then, edit your final image in Photoshop working with layers.
Finally, export your final work and share it with the world! And that's all! Scan and photograph your work ready to share online! I can't wait to see what you've come up with. You can share your work with us so by clicking on "Create your project". Remember to share both the final result and the steps that have led you to it. It would be great if you showed a picture of each step and added a brief explanation about what you have done in each one. I will be more than happy to answer any of the questions you might have along the way! I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, participate in the forum, comment on others' work, and interact with the community. See you there! ”

“ Final Project Congratulations, you've reached the end of this course. Thank you for your time and patience to follow through our journey to the very end. It was a privilege for me to teach you how to create minimalistic portraits. My goal with this course was for you to understand that you don't need to have supernatural resources for you to create impressive art. Don't forget that limitations don't block creativity, they boost it. Use your limitations and turn them into strengths. Work with what you have at hand and try to see it with new eyes. Learn to search for new concepts and ideas ...”
