“Wooden Objects In this lesson I will explain how to paint a wooden shield. I'll start with the base color. I'm going to use the cork brown. Put the color, as always, on the palette. Always remember to add water. Now you paint. If you stain the border areas, it's fine. Apply a layer and then apply a second layer so the color becomes more intense.
