“In this lesson, I will show you how to clean the cuts that we just made. Remember that from time to time, it is good to strobe the knife. Whenever we're carving, we need to have the knife the most sharp possible. Strapping will help us to do this. As you might have noticed in the previous lesson, there are some parts that need to be cleaned.
