Since then, he has evolved his skills to become a farmer, and a charity president. He has also launched a holiday business called Glen Dye Cabins and Cottages that's blooming with good profits.

Gladstone is an enthusiast who loves his work. He has over a hundred people working for him in various domains for over three decades. He also has long-term expertise in mentoring, managing and leading diverse teams. With his experience in the field, Gladstone believes that it's not the money, but the creativity and people that bring the best out of business. He has published two books, Pedlar’s Guide to the Great Outdoors and Do Team: How to Get the Best from Everyone, and has recorded hundreds of podcasts.
