Portrait Painting with Oil: Explore Light and Shade

The course is very well structured. Jane French explains very well and it is easy to understand her method. It is possibly not the easiest method to follow as an oil painter beginner, but the main strategies are so well explained that with practice everyone can get a good result

As a fan of PAOTY it is so special to do this course with Jane French. Love her way of painting and color use. She explaines everything very well and the tips are very valuable, thank you Jane.

Jane explains her approach and techniques very clearly and I am very inspired to practice what I have learned. Her use of colour in her portraits is beautiful without compromising the painting or subject.

As I purchased 2 courses, I have not started this one. Also, with 2 jobs it will be a while before I finish either of them.

Ik heb heel veel geleerd van deze cursus. Vooral het mengen van de basiskleuren. Ook de opbouw van donker naar licht. En het durven aanbrengen van heldere kleuren. Echt een top cursus.
