“Cheerleader Effect and Point of Focus In this lesson, I’ll explain why I made some of the decisions I did while painting. I'm also going to explain what the thought process is behind the idea of some elements or some parts of the face, in this case, standing out more than others and why. For example, when we see a portrait, what is the first thing we see? What most attracts our attention? The eyes.
