Timo Bechert is a German artist who grew up between France and Germany and currently lives in Munich His style is described as impressionist with a touch of realism. His passion is painting outdoors, so he always has his sketchbook with him, filling its pages with atmospheric sketches.
Timo holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in architecture and media architecture. He discovered watercolor painting and sketching in 2016 and has since painted in over 18 countries. His work has been exhibited in numerous group shows around the world alongside masters such as Caspar David Friedrich, Van Gogh, and Albrecht Dürer. He also received an honorable mention at the San Diego Watercolor Society's plein air exhibition.
