I have been using Procreate for a few months now and despite being a beginner ended up with a wonderful iilustration. The steps are easy to follow and Jim shows you a way of working on your illustration step by step that you can apply to any future drawing. And he has lovely soft and chill manner of teaching. Loved it!!

Jim explique clairement le processus créatif, de l'idée à la réalisation et les approfondissements nécessaires dans Procreate pour éveiller des émotions nostalgiques dans nos illustrations. J'apprécie de pouvoir prendre mon temps pour bien intégrer les enseignements de Jim et me perfectionner dans Procreate.

By far the best, straight to the point, illustration course using Procreate I have seen. Jim teaches everything you need to create moody illustrations. The line work, the coloring, shading, lighting, texturing, etc. I love his style. It has a vintage, gritty vibe, but it is also modern. The juxtoposition is really inspiring. Plus, he doesn't use every single feature of Procreate. He limits his tools, and uses that as a strength. The course if focused and fun. Hope he makes another course soon.

Ich bin sehr begeistert von dem Kurs! Jim gibt breitgefächerte Einblicke in seinen kreativen Prozess und seine Umsetzung in Procreate, und ist sehr freigiebig mit wertvollen Informationen. Seine Farb- und Tonwertwahl ist sehr harmonisch und angenehm. Die Einblicke in Animation fand ich ebenso sehr gelungen und habe direkt einen ersten Versuch gestartet einen älteren Ink-Sketch in Procreate zum Leben zu erwecken...Toller Kurs!

Sehr cooler Kurs. Schön zu sehen, wie seine Linework entsteht und sehr kurzer aber gut nachvollziehbarer Teil über Animation. Damit konnte ich meinen Einstieg in kleine Grafische Animationen finden.

Great class-very informative. Really liked this technique of line drawings with color drops. Highly recommend.

I found this course to be terrific. Jim spends a lot of time teaching invaluable tips and tricks, step by step, on how to create intricate beautiful atmospheric illustrations. I also really love the overall process outlined for achieving the final result: mind maps, thumbnails, sketches, colours, final linework and effects. Fantastic! Recommended for anyone who'd like to create mesmerising and evocative artwork in Procreate.
