It is an interesting course. I recommend it a lot.
I like how Ayla has us tap our personal lives to find stories for short (or even longer) films. She gives great tools and exercises to “mine” our memories and lives to come up with possible ideas. Then she walks us through the steps she uses to refine basic ideas, find the best ones, and develop them into possible films through theme, longlines and treatments.
