About the video: Sketching and Design 1
Overview
“My favorite part of designing is doing research. I love to start by feeling what I want to create. So, first, I create a mood board. Sometimes it's really random, with things I truly love. Other times I have a really focused vision of what I want to create, so I add a variety of themes that fit into what I might be envisioning. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with small designers as well as big-name brands, including Juicy Couture, Nine West, Vince Camuto, and Kate Spade. Her pieces have also been featured in the Divine Legacies in Black Jewelry collection at the National Ornamental Metal Museum of America.
