Gab de Matos is an architect and urban planner. From her studio, she develops multidisciplinary projects that tackle topics like race and gender, such as Espaço Agô, which was a highlight at CASACOR 2021.
She is also the founder of the Arquitetas Negras project, which maps the production of black women in the sector and paved the way for the book of the same name. In addition, she was awarded Arquiteta do Ano in 2020 by the IAB-RJ.
