“The decoration with oxides In this lesson, we will make the fourth tile of our final project. This is a white earth biscuit tile which we will color with the oxides. The oxides are the powdered colors which we use to paint pure on the tile as if they were watercolors. We can mix them together to obtain new colors and shades. We can use them more or less watercolor depending on how loaded we want the color. We must be careful to dilute the color enough, because if we use it too thick may not let the lens adhere well creating holes or cracks on the surface. To dilute them with water before ap...”
