It is definitely an important part of the project, because it is what allows us to study, before starting the animation, what could our sculpture be, what form it could have, what elements it can be composed of. It is a phase in which I always recommend to be quick in making it happen, in drawing, you shouldn't think about it too much. As you can see, in the preparatory drawings the stroke is very fast, just to allow us not to fossilize too much on a single composition, but allow us to wander and invent as many shapes as possible,...”
