“ How to Putty and Polish the Panel In this lesson, I'll show you how to putty your stained-glass panel and also how to polish it and putty the leads. When you're making large stained-glass panels, one of the techniques you can use is, you make a runny putty called stained-glass cement, and what you would do is brush that over the panel with a scrubbing brush and you push it everywhere, and it's a messy process. You then need to use whiting, which is calcium carbonate powder, to sprinkle over it and absorb excess moisture, and because it's only a small panel, I don't want to make a lot of m...”

Flora’s art is inspired by the natural world. She combines stained-glass commissions with working as a freelancer for studios across the UK. In 2016, Flora collaborated with artist and illustrator Vicki Turner and their work was showcased on many design blogs including Design Milk.
