Since this right here in this null is being animated and is attached to the Cloner, you'll notice that there are no actual drips rotating. Something's rotating but nothing's happening in the animation. That's because how Cinema 4D works is that when you put something in a cloner, it automatically locks its PSR to whatever the cloner's is.
