“ How Screen Printing Affected My Work Let's talk about color. Color could be a bit overwhelming and it definitely affects the work that you do a lot. How do you work with color? How do you pick your colors and where to start? Screen printing is a way of transferring the paint throughout a silkscreen. The silkscreen is filled with holes and you push the paint through them. It's like a stamp. Every color has a new layer and those layers mix and make a new color. If you, for example, have yellow and you print a blue layer on top or the other way around, you mix a new color, which is green. Th...”
