This course allowed me to understand the difference between a newsletter and other types of e-mails. I could also think it through about what content I want to share in my emails.

There are PDF's and practice materials with samples on how to do it! These are very helpful in learning and it's not just videos. As a beginner, I learned a lot and there are especially useful tools shared too! I recommend this to those who would start this skill. Pam Neely is great!

Recomendo! Muita informação relevante, ótimas referências e boas dicas de ferramentas -pagas e gratuitas- para aumentar a produtividade. Destaque para o material complementar. Estou usando com frequencia o formulário de esboço, um auxílio e tanto na organização das ideias.

I would recommend this course, very informative…a little slow for my liking and a little bit too relaxing, but the information was very in depth and helpful.
