“Selecting Your Crew Now, I'll show you how to select your crew, such as your assistant, set designer and stylist. It's vital to select the right people for your crew to bring your vision to life. I prefer to work with a smaller crew; quality over quantity any time. Having a smaller crew doesn't mean you won't produce great work. In this project, I'll work with a wardrobe stylist who'll be pulling the clothing looks; a hair and makeup artist, who'll be making the beauty looks; and a model.
