“Finishes In this lesson, I'll show you the finishes I have applied to the top that we made in this course and the techniques I used to do it. First, I gathered these parts by hand with two lines of stitching. I gathered it, made a knot, and extended the thread to gather the remaining fabric we made as a result of moving the darts. To finish the top, I used facing for the neck and armholes that reaches below the bustline.
