“Embroidering Foundations I'll teach you the embroidery techniques that you'll use to complete your project. First, I'll teach you how to get your fabric and hoop ready to stitch. You're going to take your embroidery hoop and separate the inner hoop from the outer hoop by loosening the hardware at the top. Place your inner hoop on the work surface, put your fabric on top of the inner hoop and smush that outer hoop over both the fabric and the inner hoop.
