“Enhancing the Focal Point Once the painting has dried, you can turn your attention to the final details in your focal point. We cover this in this lesson. I will start by taking a small brush and with an almost pure color, I'm going to add some light detail, in the focal point. I fix some darker parts. I change some shades in the focal point to give rhythm and contrast to brighter parts, again. I grab a small flat brush to enrich this area, always using gouache. I'm going to add some elements here, on the building, to give rhythm to the scene. At this stage, you still have some time to deco...”
