About the video: Materials

Overview

“Now let's get to the heart of our course. In this lesson, I want to explain to you all the materials we will use. These are very simple and easy to find materials in stores or online or that, perhaps, you already have at home. I will give you some pointers on some specific tools that you will see me use, but for many of these there are valid home alternatives that I will suggest to you as you go. Remember: the tool is not essential, but the use made of it. A bit like when grandmothers used to say that detergent doesn't matter so much to clean as the famous “elbow grease”.”

In this video lesson Elisa Talentino addresses the topic: Materials, which is part of the Domestika online course: Experimental Illustration with India Ink and Acrylics. Create stunning illustrations with unconventional materials and find your own style using alternative painting techniques.
